Printing

Folders can be imprinted, in black ink or full-color, inside or out. Dividers and tabs can also be imprinted, with tabs coated in clear or colored Mylar.® Custom print your name and logo or add other information that enhances productivity.

Fasteners

All of the fasteners shown can be affixed to folders in eight standard positions or in any custom position.

Heat-bonded fasteners
Not visible from the outside of the folder, a strong fiber base securely bonds these fasteners to the inside of the folder. Available in 1" and 2" capacity for 2 3/4" C-C punched papers only.

Embedded fasteners
Recessed into the folder from the outside, this all-metal fastener provides superior strength to hold large amounts of paper securely. Available in 1" and 2" capacity for 2 3/4" C-C punched papers only.

DocuClip®
Fasteners Unique plastic fastener that converts any folder to loose-leaf format. Allows pages to be removed or added without disturbing preceding pages. Holds documents securely in place. Attaches with ease to any file folder.

Color-coding

Color can increase filing efficiency by 90%. Folders can be color-coded with one-piece strip labels according to your exact requirements. Choose from the most common color-coding systems (Alphabetic, Numeric or Terminal Digit) or customize a system to meet your particular filing needs. Once labels are applied to folders, laminate covers the color bands to reinforce side tabs and to protect them from dirt, fading or fraying.
